How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email, just print it out and bring it on your tour. You exchange your e-tickets for your original tickets first time you board a Hop-on Hop-off Canal boat at one of the following boat stops: Central Station - West, Anne Frank House, Rembrandtplein, Leidseplein, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum or Gray Line at Damrak Pier 5.
How long is the Canal Bus Hop-On Hop-Off ticket valid for?
Canal Boat Hop-On Hop-Off ticket is valid for 24 hours or 48 hours. Your ticket is valid a month from the date you book - only for one time use!
What are the opening hours?
The canal boats depart daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Amsterdam Hop-on Hop-off Canal Boat departures 1- 4 times per hour depending on route and season.

Are there children's tickets?
Yes, children's tickets are available for children between age 4-12. Children from age 0-3 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
